I have been planning on building a PC for some time now and I have a decided budget of $700 (monitor included in budget) and I need suggestions.
Before anyone even suggests an APU I am aiming for NO APUS OR INTEGRATED GRAPHICS I only want dedicated graphics and best bang for the buck.

Gaming and in my gaming room/media room.

For future reference when people ask for location they are meaning where in the world are you (ex: US, England, Philippines). It gives people an idea of the prices there and give you a build that includes sellers from your area so you don't have to pay for international shipping.
