Well scan are being odd

Just got an email from scan regarding the zalman R1 which came on tuesday but was DOA, they sent me an email now, an in 11.48 pm saying we apologise, we have lost the case, we will send another one and it should arrive on monday, luckily its only for my father, a customer would have gone ape shit by now if i caused a delay of a week, well back to only using ariapc and amazon for me, its odd as i used to use them a decent amount but not i dont use them as much due to the on and off quality from them now.

I've found that Scan is the best out of the major UK retailers. Their customer service have always been really helpful and fast for me. Their shipping has got to be the best of any in the UK from my experience, I've never once had a late delivery from them, they're always bang on time. 

 

I've had issues with Overlcockers and dabs, but they're still good. I pretty much use Scan exclusively now.
