Router completely locked up

I'm trying to set of my old Linksys WRT120n as a repeater but the router has totally locked up in a pretty weird way.  

 

All the lights flash every five seconds except the power light.

 

There is no wired or wireless signal.

 

And no matter how long I hold the reset button nothing happens.

 

I can't find anything about this online since all the searches are people with a blinking power light.

 

Anyone know what's wrong?
