increasing turbo frequency

I own an A10 7850K which I have OCd to 4.3 GHz. I like it very much but would like to make it go faster still, which it won't. Not without increasing voltage beyond what I'm comfortable with. So here's my question. If I increase the turbo CORE frequency, which only boosts the cpu under certain conditions and not always, do I have a good chance of being able to push it a little bit further?

I cannot be held responsible for any bad advice given.

I've no idea why the world is afraid of 3D-printed guns when clearly 3D-printed crossbows would be more practical for now.

My rig: The StealthRay. Plans for a newer, better version of its mufflers are already being made.

turbo boost is basically only checks temps before letting you boost above stock speeds so no.

Well the turbo core setting you choose will be the "1 core active" boost, so say you do 4.5ghz, when you have a multithreaded workload and turbo is on you'll be stuck at regular turbo for all cores. (probably 3.9ghz)
