If it helps lower temps a little, it's fine tbh. Just hope it doesn't fall/break off by accident.

Tape can do anything. It wouldnt brake its not a glass fan. lol.

its hardly gonna do anything for temps though. not worth the extra noise imo

800 RPM ? Silent.. All the sound comes from the cpu cooler.
