What are your needs/goals? 200 euros for a CPU, GPU and PSU is going to be cutting it real fine.

 yes im looking for gaming like lol minecraft TF2  and some single player shooters.

Now i have a A6-6400k apu and some no brand psu

You might as well just keep the APU and throw in a new power supply and a GPU.

 

I'd suggest the GTX 750 ti, and a corsair CX 500m

yup, nothing you can do about that, bottlenecks just mean that you could be getting more performance if you had better hardware

No a bottleneck just means one component is holding another back, so you might only get 70% performance out of your GPU because your processor cannot keep up
