help with diagnosing boot problem

Hi guys long time viewer first time poster.

Im having some problems with my pc

MSI g45 z87

4670k

corsiar vengence (2x4gb)

amd 7890

fsp raider 650w

samsung evo 128

+hdd

 

okay so i came home after 2 days away and booted up bsod first is said something about a .

memory problem. took out dimm and booted was fine rebooted and then similar problem, i ran memtest86 4 passes of each dimm no problem

this morning it will not post, it will just go straight to the msi splash screen then to windows loading screen will load for a moment then bsod with no specific cause. if i boot with no sata connected it will go to the msi splash screen then to the shell screen.

I've disconnected everything and take out the mobo, running it on the box with only a keyboard cpu monitor and ram. no change still boots splash screen to then shell.

nope i dont have the option to, i can get to the bios, but immediatly after the msi splash screen it goes to try and boot windows, the animation barely starts it blue screens for a fraction of a second and restarts.

okay so i connected a board speaker, removed ram and the post beep worked, apparently msi boards only beep when something is wrong, no beep when the ram is in.
could it be a corrupted boot partition? 
i will try a fresh install later on after uni
