Mouse not fully working

I own a RAT7 mouse, and all of a sudden the mouse won't move, but I can right/left click.

 

Any suggestions on how to fix and what could have caused this?

Try checking for any obstructions in/on the sensor.

Trying another mouse.

Another USB socket

Turning off PC, unplugging, plug in spare mouse, start PC, if it works, turn off PC, plug in mouse again, if it works Yay, if not the mouse could have a dead sensor.
