Hello everyone, I've just purchased a ASUS Sabertooth Z97 MK1 with a Intel Core i5-4690K. I'm looking to protect my investment with no maintenance CPU cooler. While doing some OC but nothing too hard. So I come to you guys for recommendations. I been looking at the Kraken X61 280mm All-in-One Liquid Cooling System thanks to the linus surround build and the Corsair hydro series. Just for clarification I have a Corsair 900D case so that makes me open for many options. Thank you for your time.

I would go with the NH-D15 as it performs almost aswell as the x61, is much quieter and is much more reliable. As for watercoolers, the X61 is the best performing one out there.

Hello and welcome to the LTT forum! :)

Considering the information you have given, an AIO liquid cooler would be a great option. I personally like the looks for the Corsair H100i and Swiftech H220x.

Hi & Welcome to the LTT fybostar :).

I think with such a large case in mind you could pretty much get any cooler on the market. What kind of cooling are you trying to achieve?

Hi & Welcome to the LTT fybostar :).

Well I the type of cooling i'm looking for is due to the harsh tropical hot and humid conditions of the Caribbean, I The stock Intel fan i got is garbage right now just typing I hear the fans do some work it. I'll link my temps once i figure out how to do so.

NH-D15 or Dark Rock Pro 3.

I would love the NH-D15 But I fear the dimensions wont fit my board. Noctua fans are very sexy but too bulky and I don't have low profile ram* thanks for the tip. Ill check out the Dark Rock Pro 3 do some research.

Oke, that might be problem. You can move the fan on the outside of the NH-D15 higher up to accommodate higher RAM. Noctua's product page of the NH-D15 has a motherboard compatibility checker.

Another option is the single heatsink version of the NH-D15, the U14S. It fits with pretty much every motherboard and RAM config out there and isn't present in every build like the 212 Hyper EVO.

Stay away from the H100i, it has a terrible problem with mounting and it is not guaranteed to work with your setup.

The H105, Kraken X61, H220X and Nepton 280L are all very good options.
