Problem with Asus vg248qe?

I got build today,including monitor. It looks great right outside of box,except I have to turn down brightness. But people saying it has watshed colors,and it looks great to me,but my old monitor was sh*t so I probably dont see what is bad.

how to and what to do with this .icm file? Please help me I am new with this. Thank you.
