Before you all jump on the band wagon and say get the r9270 let me give you my rig and my top three choices.

MSI H81M-P33

4gig ram

Intel G3258

Seasonic modolar 520w psu

two case fans and deepcool cpu cooler

I know the cpu is not good but it is better then what i had and i am going to upgrade it later and the 4gig to 8gig.I am thinking of either getting the Sapphire R7265,Asus strix Gtx 750 ti or Asus R9270.I read that the r7265 is almost running similar to the r9270 so is it worth it to go for the r9270 and power wise would i be ok?The asus strix gtx 750ti looks also interesting cause of lower power needs.I play on an resolution of 1366x768 so games i am going to putting settings on high.and cant overclock the cpu on the h81 mobo so take that in account really don't feel comfortable overclocking anything but if i have to i will.So please help.I stay in south africa where it gets hot so take that also into effect. What about the black edtion or the R7260x?

You shouldn't be afraid of overclocking, when you're doing it slowly you really don't risk any damage whatsoever :) it doesn't void the warranty either if I recall correctly. I really recommend you get a z97 motherboard and overclock the pentium, you can get so much more value out of it that way and in games it can perform close to a 300$ i7 when overclocked high (temperatures aren't a problem with the pentium because it's only a dual core but I still recommend you get a hyper 212 evo cooler if you can).

That said, all the cards you mentioned will probably do ultra at 768p no problem and all of them can run comfortably off of that psu. I'd get the 270 because it's faster and offers a great bang for the buck option, however the 750ti gets second place because of the lower power consumption and heat output. If you are willing to sacrifice a little performance for a cooler card that will also draw less power meaning you'll spare a bit in that regard you should go for a 750ti. If you want the card that will "last" you longer (although they are close enough that the difference almost doesn't matter) and will perform better in general at a great price (especially if you oc it ;)) go for the 270.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

Ok i overclocked my cpu to 4ghz.Now i am going to see how much cash flow i have left to spend if i have enough ill go for the r9270 if not the gtx 750ti.So here is my question.I am looking at two gtx 750ti at the moment the asus strix gtx 750ti and gigabytes black edition gtx 750ti now i saw that the black edition has 3.54 billion Transistors same as an GeForce GTX 760 the asus as only 1.87 billion  transistor so is the black edition then better?other then that the black edition is also faster out the box.
