Changes in last seconds, please help me.

So I wanted to buy new PC,I order parts, and everything except PSU and Motherboard are there.

i5-4690k
8GB Corsair vengeance pro 2133mhz
Raidmax viper case
samsung evo 840,250gb
asus gtx 780
vg248qe monitor

CM keyboard and mouse
hyperx cloud headset

Anyway,at first I ordered Gigabyte z97 d3h motherboard and Corsair CS750W Gold PSU.
Now he said that those 2 parts are late and he asked me do I want

Thermaltake Smart 730W Modular and Asus Z97K motherboar PSU cost about 40$ less, and motherboard cosr 3-4 dollars less, but My build is expensive and I am not sure about PSU. I think motherboard is almost same, but what about PSU? And if I decide to order something else I will probably wait like a week or so,and I already waited 3 weeks for this build.
Also which motherboard has better on board sound or are they same?
  Thank you everyone!

I would not take that Thermaltake PSU but the Z97K is not bad. If you want a replacement PSU then I definitely suggest the EVGA G2 750W instead.

RIG: I7-4790k @ 4.5GHz | MSI Z97S SLI Plus | 12GB Geil Dragon RAM 1333MHz | Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970 (1550MHz core/7800MHz memory) @ +18mV(Maxed out at 1650/7800 so far) | Corsair RM750 | Samsung 840 EVO 120GB, 1TB Seagate Barracuda | Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 (Closed) | Sound Blaster Z                                                                                                                        Getting: Noctua NH-D15 | Possible 250GB Samsung 850 Evo                                                                                        Need a console killer that actually shits on every console? Here you go (No MIR/Promo)

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

I think that is not good PSU also, but it is 40$ cheaper, and also I wouldn't have to wait a week

Rule Nr 1 for PSU's: Don't cheap out on PSU's or pick bad ones. One bad PSU means dead components and that will cost you a lot more than $40 and 1 week of time. Be patient, working components > dead components. Get a better PSU like the EVGA G2 750W, Corsair RM750/850.

I understand waiting 6 months for a build when you are running: Family 2006 imac.

Really.

Just wait a week.

I already have ram,and money is not really problem, but it is time. I know Thermaltake is bad PSU,but I really don't know what to do.

Thermaltake isn't bad it's just not very popular. I've seen it used in many build but the EVGA psu is much better in comparison and cheaper

Well it is not like it is going to burn down my components or something like that?

And evga is overpriced in my country...

Stay away from the Thermaltake PSU.  Here is a review of it, its not good.

For a single CPU + GPU, both overclocked your really only need 500W of Bronze Rated power.  600W to be safe.  See if there are lower wattage PSUs available.
