is the Intel core i7 4770k compatible with 32gb vengeance pro ram @ 2400mhz?

Yes, if you are gaming then that build is quite overkill, though for something such as video editing then it should do nicely.

Just go into the bios, find somewhere there is memory options. Just find the xmp profile for your ram speed and set it. It's pretty straightforward.
