Use Android device as PC Bluetooth Mouse/Keyboard

Hey

I want to use my android phone (Xperia Z) as a bluetooth mouse/keyboard for my PC. 

Does anybody know any app that lets you do that that is generic, which dont need you to have a client installed on your pc.

Have tried some apps that require a client but I ain't satisfied.

Out of interest, why can't you use a client? I know plenty of good ones that require a client unfortunately. Also, I haven't seen any that use Bluetooth, only WiFi so I'd like to see how this thread goes :)

Because I want to use it with devices where you cant install a client to. Game consoles, android devices etc.
