My first post in these forums, so I am unaware of a format if there is one,

I have been following star citizen for a while, and am really excited. Building a PC for it, peripherals and all that good stuff. Me and my cousin decided to pledge some ships in it, a hornet for dogfighting, escorting and a 315i for exploration.

However we are thinking of getting a constellation together. From what I've seen so far, it needs a crew of 4 to really be "worth" it.. Also we want to buy and train on it as soon as its flight ready with a module. The question is, is there any groups already formed, who would take us in and promise us some crew for the ship. I imagine it would need to be 8-10 people or so with a TS server to ensure that we always get at least 1 more guy to man a turret or fly the merlin. Our buying of the ship depends on the confidence that we will be able to utilise it fully.

So for any group interested in having us, a little about us, we have been gaming for over a decade, and based in Europe. We love flight sims, and although we have a tight working schedule, we strive for immersion and improving our skills each moment in the game. We hope to mostly exploit resources, mine/trade/smuggle/look for resources etc, and only fight for reasonable profit or to defend ourselves. Essentially we want to be influential in the SC community from the start, may it be wealth or firepower.

Hefty text here, though I might add, we arent this dull once the formalities are out of the way ;)

Well do you know that we have an official organisation? If you haven't applied already you can do so here: https://robertsspaceindustries.com/orgs/UOLTT In fact this very subforum is dedicated to the aforementioned organisation. We don't have a TS server yet and probably won't until a bit further down the road but feel free to post here about anything SC related. And I suppose welcome to the org!

Uhm no your post is in the right place haha. This subforum is the subforum for all LTT Conglomerate communications. :) You are in the right spot buddy. That link is to the RSI webpage where you can join our organisation. Otherwise if you don't want to join you can still post Star Citizen related stuff here. Hope that cleared it up a bit.

snip

You can hire ai crew if there is no body to help you, I'll be able to help depending on time I have and if I'm not occupied on a mission or being a space hobo by jumping ship to ship.

But I do intend to try and keep my rep clean.

we're actually looking for a small group that we can hang out together mostly so the team work will be much more better since everybody will know habbits and stuff of others. and also i believe playing with a same small group of people is much more fun and easier to trust about doing the job he/she needs to do.

and i'm the cousin mentioned at the first post obviously :P

Well both of you welcome to the sub forum, if you want a small group I'd hang around here as there are a small amount of regulars round here and get to know everyone, you'll get the odd Elitist come in and cause problems but I think we are all a friendly group

Well, the idea is, you dont have to be a space hobo :P We prefer to have a friend that sticks with us, share the bounty, even if you get your own ship, fly together, when we have valuable cargo, share the score, and all that. If you dont wanna fly fighters, stay in the constellation all you want and so on. We basically are looking for a smaller group of, not necessarily 'pro's' but competent players, who are willing to stick around together, form a smaller 'team' if you will.

That being said, looking forward to playing with you ;) I imagine itll be a couple months till I finish the desktop and get my ships, dont know about my cousin, he has his build finished so he might get in at any point.

Well the idea is to get around the verse by hitchhiking but I'm not going to do that until the UOLTT have established themselves a bit of space.

But having a regular crew is the plan as well and flying the merlin looked interesting to me, so count me in atm

then welcome aboard :P

ah btw for people who are thinking to join us. we want to share the "ingame" expenses of the ship, like gas, weapons and insurance etc. and we also want to share the income of the ship. the ship will belong to me and my cousin so you won't be using real money :P which means if you're willing to play in a constellation and willing to become a committed crew of this ship, but if you don't want to spend a lot of money in a ship, you're welcome as well :) and when you buy your own ship, you can escort us with your ship so we'll get stronger and stronger. at least that's our plan. we'll still be joining LTT Conglomerate but at the same time we want our own little committed group of friends we can have fun together and rely on each other at all conditions

That sounds great. I suppose with the incoming additions to organisations you can request the council to officially have your own group within the org.
