This will be my first build, so I need some advice from the experts here. The PC will be used mainly for gaming. I will be playing games like BF4, GTA, APB Reloaded, Batman, DCUO, Bioshock, Watchdogs, and many more similar games. I do plan on overclocking my CPU and GPU in the near future, as well as get an SSD next month. I would like to play these games in high settings with a minimum of 50 FPS average. My budget for the build is £700, excluding the monitor. Will this build be good enough for the purpose above? If not, can you please build a better PC in around the same price range. Also, would a Gigabyte Radeon R9 280 3GB Windforce be a better GPU?

Below are the parts I will buy unless you guys tell me otherwise:

Oh, and if you do build me a better PC, please note that I'm from London, so when building, don't forget to change the currency.

Thanks.

The changes I would make would be to get the CS550M (Is an all-round better PSU and semi modular). Ditch the ethernet adapter (your motherboard has an on-board one that works just fine and possibly stretch the budget a tiny bit to get the MSI Twin Frozr R9 280.

RIG: I7-4790k @ 4.5GHz | MSI Z97S SLI Plus | 12GB Geil Dragon RAM 1333MHz | Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970 (1550MHz core/7800MHz memory) @ +18mV(Maxed out at 1650/7800 so far) | Corsair RM750 | Samsung 840 EVO 120GB, 1TB Seagate Barracuda | Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 (Closed) | Sound Blaster Z                                                                                                                        Getting: Noctua NH-D15 | Possible 250GB Samsung 850 Evo                                                                                        Need a console killer that actually shits on every console? Here you go (No MIR/Promo)

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

save a bit more and go for this (if you cant save/wait, then soz if this isnt much of a help), the changes made - upgraded gpu (280x) which will really help and added ssd (basically mandatory for all pc's)
