Power on Power off problem

I have completely set up my rig in its case with everything connected except the SATA cables and every time i press the front panel power button, every fan spins and everything starts except that 4 seconds later the fans slow down and it slowly shuts back down what do i do?

What PSU do you have? What do you have connected to it? List your specs.

either psu or mobo,probably psu 

Specs: AMD FX 6300 @ 4ghz, Asus R9 270 OC, 8gb Corsair xms3, Cooler Master GX 550w PSU, WD 500 blue, Gigabyte  GA-970A-DS3
