Hello , I am building a desktop fo the first time . i ahve  been bouncing between get  either a gtx 770 or  amd  280x . Which is better  with an amd fx 6300 and  for a matx case. thanks for the help.

as for the gpu then the gtx 770 would be better in my opinion, for the cpu, your gonna get a bottleneck from running a 6300 but it's not much. But it all comes down to how much your gonna spend for a mobo, cpu and a gpu.

If your gonna do 1 monitor @ 1080p gaming a GTX 770 is perfect.
