90-100% disk usage at idle

Me too have high disk usage problem but I have an HDD. I mainly notica during boot and other restart related functions. The circling of 5 dots sometimes starts to hang for a second and at that time disk would be at 100%. Anyways waiting for Windows 9. It is usually caused by superfetch process but disabling it invites more slowdowns during file search. If that's not a problem then try disabling superfetch and windows search.

maybe  a virus eating all of your delicious resources?
