So hello and Welcome to my PC rig Project: Fenix.

For a while i've been asking on the forums for help for my rig, what CPU, GPU, CPU COOLER etc. to choose and this is the Project. (I still accept changes, so let them coming!!! )

- GPU: ASUS STRIX R9 280 <--Not anymore now it's a Gigabyte Windforce R9 280x

- RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black (2x4GB)

- MOBO: ASUS ROG Crosshair V Formula-Z

- STORAGE: WD Caviar Blue 1TB

- PSU: Corsair RM650

- DRIVE: ASUS DRW 24F1ST

- CASE: BitFenix Shadow

- OS: Windows 8.1 PRO

- MONITOR: ASUS VX229H LED 21.5"

- KEYBOARD: Razer Deathstalker

- MICE: Corsair Raptor M45

- HEADPHONE: Razer Kraken 7.1

- MOUSEPAD: Razer Goliathus Extended Control

- WIFI: TP-LINK WN8200ND

- CONTROLLER: XBOX 360 Wireless

Don't buy a strix 280, buy a windforce 280x or push for a 290 tri x.

You get paste along with cpu cooler, no need to spend money.

You are overspending on motherboard, get like asus 990 series mobo they are pretty cheap, around 100$.

i can reply that windforce is not a monstaaa, unless you dont plan on OCing and its cheap then its good deal

Yea, I changed, the windforce costs 10€ more than the strix and is a 280x
