I'm not sure which one to choose between the NZXT Phantom 410 and the Thermaltake Chaser A31.

In my country, they are sold for the equivalent of U$D135 and U$D95, respectively.

I like the design of both cases and they both have space for cable management. The NZXT one comes with two 120mm and one 140mm fans while the Thermaltake one, comes with two 120mm fans. Besides the included fans, I could add the fans that i already have (two 120mm and one 140mm), to improve a bit the airflow.

If they are basically the same specs., then I would go for the one you prefer or like the design most of. That's what I would do

Personally, I like the NZXT one because the front of the case is simple and minimalistic, while the Thermaltake one is too 'busy' (and overwhelming) for my liking.

You can get way better cases for the money. Something like a Phanteks Enthoo pro or NZXT H440 would be good. If you like the look of the phantom 410, there's a newer version of it available called the Phantom 530 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146105

Unfortunately, none of those cases are available in my country.

The Thermaltake is a fabulous case that really does have all the goodies that top of the line cases at a lower price point. It might seem a little busy on the outside but I still love it and the fact that it has filters over almost over all of it just makes it that much better. And the window is huge! I love it.

The thing I like better about the Thermaltake one is the window on the side panel but, the NZXT one has holes for putting a fan on the side panel.

A fan on the side panel isn't really useful. Even the 6 fan spots on the Thermaltake is excessive.
