Gpu percentage not 100

By not having a pentium?

Im going to get an i7 4790k in 2 months or so but the pentium's usage gets to %90 max when i play.

It's a lack of optimization not being able to reach %100 on the CPU, but Skyrim sometimes can get pretty tough on the CPUs.

It's one of the games where the i5 vs i7 battle makes an exception:

Using mods on the game will fill up the video memory on the GPU a lot too, and of course OCing your GPU will help too.

 

 

My recommendation: Turn down the settings a little bit and stay at 60fps. :)
