android apps are programmed in Java :)

If you want to develop for android, then there is no other choice then to learn java. You could also write C++ and C, but it's pretty hard to get that working on android. Learning C# and python will help you become a better programmer, and make it easier to adopt java, but actually create the apps, you need to learn java.
