Help, multimonitor problems

So I have a TN panel on the right, a 144hz panel in the centre and a IPS panel left.

 

I have them set up good, I set the 144hz monitor to actual 144 hz in the settings and all.

 

BUT the games lagg, insanely much, despite having skyhight fps. and my other 2 monitors seems to lagg as well below 60 hz, even visible with typing.

 

Why is this? What the hell is it's problem.  Basically every monitor laggs, for no reason.

 

I just hooked up everything btw.

Okay I did a computer restart and this seems to have fixed it
