Skyrim Crashes

Sometimes, when I alt+tab INTO Skyrim, the game randomly crashes. It's really annoying fearing that it can crash anytime i alt tab so I need a fix. Also, it randomly freezes (rather rarely) and I need to ctrl+alt+delete and sign out then sign back in.

yeah go and try unofficial patch, it fixex some bugs and other things

Yeah, I have all of the unofficial patches (Base game, DB, DG, HF)

You could try running in a window. There was a mod for a borderless windowed game however it has since been hidden/deleted.

edit: there are a few similar mods though i do not know how well they work or if they are safe on existing game save files.

I know that mod, the author said use OneTweak instead, but onetweak makes me CTD on the loading screen.

I'm gonna try this out (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36177/?) and update the thread if I have any problems.

EDIT: I CTD while using that. Any suggestions?

Im afraid my knowladge of modded skyrim is exhausted. The only other thing i can recommend is whenever you tab out first quick save and go into steam overlay(i always do that in every game). Seems thats the best/only option without messing with the game further.
