Screen Shake/Blurry Picture

I have a 770 with Two Asus VX238's occupying the DVI Slots.  When I plug in an HDMI to the HDMI port on my 770 it causes the picture to shake and become blurry.  All I'm trying to do is mirror my primary display on my TV so I can play games/watch TV from my couch.  

 

1. Is my GPU just unable to handle it?

2. Can I output from my m/b HDMI at the same time as my GPU? (I tried but can't figure out how to output the picture from m/b)
