Very Odd Internet Issue

Whoa. Can you tether to a phone for a sec to download the trial? ISP tend to block VPN sites as well 0-0

I actually have hotspot shield downloaded. The client itself keeps failing to connect.

 

EDIT: It now connects, but only Puush is fixed. Uplay still doesn't work.

 

EDIT2: Had to reinstall Uplay, but both Uplay and Puush work now, without using a VPN.

I just started having this really weird issue where a select few things aren't working on my internet connection. Everything else works. The only things that are effected by this are Uplay, and Puush. Uplay will establish the initial connection to it's servers and let me log in, but I can't download anything because it thinks that I'm offline. If I try to upload something with Puush, it will get to 100% uploaded, but never finish. I've already restarted both my computer and my router, and it didn't fix the problem. I've also made sure both are allowed through the Windows firewall.

I'm not sure if this is correct, but what you're describing sounds like your ISP throttling your internet! Se if you can find a free trial of a VPN and test with it on. If it's still throttling then it might be something else. If not, I belive the issue was on the ISP side and they are throttling you :(

Okay, seems it was just the programs.
