Free iOS mirroring software

To be clear I want something like reflector but free, I have a jailbroken device, I have tried iTools and veency but neither work.

I have Reflector setup as a cronjob on my Linux box.

00 0 * * * reflector --sort score -p http --save /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist

mind going more in depth as how that works?
