Hey

So i've recently finished my latest build with the MSI gaming 7 Mobo.

I was wondering if buying an external amp like the FiiO e10(any better suggestions are welcome) would let me increase the volume/loudness of my speakers/headphones?

Im a bit of a newb when it comes to audio stuff! :(

thanks!

The reason im asking is because my girlfriends iphone 4 seems to be alot lot louder than my Desktop even with the "unlocked" sound through the control panel.

Using AKG k550's

It won't make your speakers any louder, but headphones of course will be louder. Most speakers are designed to get very loud though unless you have a really cheap pair.

I find it awesome that a company is on a forum contributing to the community. Keep it up!

I like your products, especially after seeing your 'user input topic' here on LTT :)

Just had to say that.
