If your motherboard only has one fan header, you can purchase some fan header splitters, which are pretty cheap, or a fan hub/fan controller, the latter of which will allow you to manually adjust the speed of your fans. These shouldn't be too expensive either. Both 3-pin and 4-pin fan connectors should work with most fan hubs/fan controllers, but check first, as some may not support 4-pin fans.
