You need to use Trading Paints to use custom paint schemes in iRacing.

Hey guys

A friend of mine recently got iRacing. I tried to make some skins for his cars but they don't show ingame.

I followed their guide on the website but it still shows the skins that are preloaded with the game.

The file name is his customer ID and the skins are in the folder of the car.

Exported as .tga, 24bit/pixel and no compression.

 

Anybody any advice on this?
