Send it back? They should give you a new one. 

 

And of course it's much louder than a membrane keyboard, what did you expect? :D

I'm not sure how you got a missing stabilizer, you can return it for another one. Plus mechanical keyboards are louder than membrane keyboards.

 

i already said i can't return the keyboard . i just want an answer for my question
