So if I buy nzxt kraken x61,I mean import it from amazon to Pakistan and it arrives damaged or stop to work in its warranty period,how I am going to replace it?.Nzxt has no service in Pakistan which means that warranty can not be recoverd.But amazon has some kind replacement period which you can even extend it.

I will be importing that from an importer because PayPal is banned in Pakistan,dunno why?.

Still compared to 90% of the countries out there we have the cheapest computer parts. As for your question I have bought things from Amazon and sent them back they usually are very good about it...just send it back and they replace it as long as it is a reasonable reason or defective item.

Well I have no idea who this importer is since you haven't said who it is. If an item is purchased from Amazon through amazon and not some seller on amazon it is backed by full guarantee.

So which means that if a item get damaged or doesn't work in its warranty period,it can sent back and we don't have to run for the brand retailer?

Correct as far as I know...I've had several problems with Amazon in the past and the only time it wasn't fixed is when it was trough a different dealer. Hope this helps :)

Via Amazon.  Buy it thru amazon. If its broken or defective send it back. Amazon will replace it.
