Laptop screen replacement

there are different kinds of laptops screen connectors so you cant just slap a diferent screen in there and are you planning to let someone else do it or are you going to do it becaus taking a laptops screen apart can be tricky and you might damage it

I looked for a screen replacement on youtube for my laptop, and it looks easy, becasue I don't have to touch any other components, just unscrewing some screws on the screen frame and removing it

haha but then you come to the screen... first undo some screws well no problem but them come the clips and those are a bitch you first have to find a spot to put your screwdriver without damaging the bezel then get all dem clips then its easy just take it out replace the screen and crap but then there is also the risk that it will never go back the way you got it and you will be stick with a broken bezel

I'm super carefull when I'm working on hardware, if I found is tricky or hard for me, I have some experienced friends who can help me doing it

ah ok and you do know that you need the exact same screen as replacement you cant just order one that looks the same-ish  

oh and the connector your screen uses is a 40 pin lvds connector
