Hello, My friend has to do a clean install for windows but dosent have a cd and product key.. so what should he do? Contact microsoft?

wat? If he doesn't have a product key, then he either pirated it or it's an OEM machine, and assuming it's OEM, he can find the key using something like this. https://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder/

Wouldnt the key be on the back??? like all laptop that i have seen

You need to know what version the product key is for (as in 32 or 64 bit and Professional or Home Premium etc.)
