Wouldnt the key be on the back??? like all laptop that i have seen

Hello, My friend has to do a clean install for windows but dosent have a cd and product key.. so what should he do? Contact microsoft?

You need to know what version the product key is for (as in 32 or 64 bit and Professional or Home Premium etc.)

You can download Windows 7 ISOs from Microsofts DigitalRiver storage here:
