I'm running VirtualBox and the mouse while running an OS is unbearably slow and laggy. Everything else is running perfectly smooth but the mouse makes everything terrible. How do I fix this?

Is that Guest OS or Host OS?

The guest OS crashes, the program and host OS stays fine

That's odd. It finally accepted the iso for the additions.
