Massdrop is 'dropping' the HD 700s with 3 goals: $700, $650, and $550, the final goal price being $160 off of the RRP.

As mentioned in the title the deal is intended for the U.S and offers free shipping within the U.S but you can place an order from outside of the U.S, just expect to pay for shipping and any tax that may be applicable.

the hd700 is bad - at any price

 

hd600 or hd800 - with the hd600 being better for 90% of the people
