Future build and migration complication

Ok, here's the plan: I have a atx system (3570k, atx motherboard, 8gb of medium speed ram, single 660ti 2gb, 750 watt power supply, and 1 ssd and 3 hdd in raid 5 combo) and my future gaming prospects are to upgrade that system. I want to migrate most parts to a mini itx game streaming build. We'll talk about the mini itx later.

 

What I really want to know is what would be a decent upgrade on a budget for the graphics and ram. I would like to migrate my 660ti and ram to the "steambox" and upgrade the streaming system. What do you think would be a good choice?

 

Keep in mind that my ram and 660ti are blue and that will be the scheme for the steambox but I want the upgrades to the streaming system to have a red scheme.
