well, that depends on what you expect from the word best and type of lifes style? but if its with a normal type of life such as a family with 2-3 kids. both parents able to have a full time job.
i would say Scandinavia(Denmark, Norway, Sweden)

free healthcare,

free education (you even getting paid in Denmark to do education)

unions have a lot of power to say, when it come to working for a company, so if your boss is tell you to work over time all the time, just say he cant do that, and call union.
if you got fired or other reasons without a job, the union will give you money monthly for up to 4 years. (there is more to this tho )

the are the countries with less crime.
Denmark is the happiest country in the world,
We have all type of weather all from -15degress winter and about 30degress summer.
and a lot of other good benefits or some bad ones, but nothing major worth mention, unless your live here and have no idea how hard other countries have it
