Multiboot Application/Software?

I will be setting up my HTPC to boot Windows 8.1, SteamOS, and XBMC, but I'd like to find an elegant way to select the OS to boot into. The Windows 8 one is much better than the old black screen with white text, but I'm looking for something that I can set images up to make it look "pretty" for the wife.

 

I assume something like this exists, but I haven't had any luck finding it. Any ideas?
