Decent and cheap fan controller?

Guys, need your help. I never really looked at fan controllers cause i never needed one but now i fell like i need one.

I don't want to waste la 70 bucks in a fan controller so is there some cheap and fairly good ones you can tell me about?

P.S. I have a Corsair 540 Air so the 5 1/4 inch bay is vertical, just something to keep in mind.

NZXT Sentry Mix 2. I freaking love mine. Uses molex, so keep that in mind.

I am looking for a decent fan controller to, and i came across these two: Bitfenix Recon (33,90€) and the NZXT Sentry 2 (32,90€) local shop prices... They are both 5.25 inch bay and have 5 channels for 5 fan support, they both also have 5 probes to measure the temperature of components of your choice (CPU, RAM, GPU, etc). But the bitfenix has USB connection to plug in one of the internal USB ports on the motherboard that will be used for remote control using a smartphone, laptop or tablet, that's pretty cool.

For myself i might be able to pick up the bitfenix recon along with two corsair sp120. From the reviews i saw it's pretty straight forward and simple to use.

I'm guessing using the mobo isn't an option? I too have the 540. I bought one from micro center, it ended up like all the others I've read reviews about on newegg. Some of the LEDs burn out on a few channels.
