Need help with RMA

So i need help once again. I got my RMA authorized by XFX but I don't know what to do. I know to put the card in a box and ship it but what do i put on the box? This is the link they sent me http://xfxstorage.com/Support/pca_rma_tc_ns.pdf
Do i print out the bottom and put that on top. Please help I am so lost as this is my first RMA

Print out the whole thing and take the box to the post office. They will be able to help you with what to do.

When I have to do stuff like this I literally tape it on the box and cover it in tape to the point of it being laminated and then put another on the inside. 

 

like, overpacking and putting too much information on it probably won't hurt.

 

At bare minimum most companies will require you to write or affix the RMA number on the box. I write it multiple times, tape over one or two, and include it inside as well.

When I RMA'd my motherboard I wrapped it in 3 layers of large bubble wrap and filled every empty square inch of the box with packing peanuts. Than taped the box closed 2 times vertically and 2 times horizontally.
