I'm looking for some (preferably free) software to benchmark the performance of my computer, in particular my CPU and GPU. Do you guys have any suggestions?

If you get easily offended by people on the Internet there is something really wrong with you. You focus on the opinions of a few people instead of worrying about why you have a terrible taste in video games.

asus realbench is a very good system benchmark (free)

Catzilla is one of my favorite graphical benchmark program (free version available)
