Does it weaken/loosen over time like tubing?

well it's acrylic tubing. So I wouldnt imagine it would weaken or loosen dues to temperatures as tubing can

Not sure about that, there are metal tubing variants that can't be cut with household cutters like tygon can be. But in terms of the plastic-like tubing, it's up there in terms of reliability.

It confuses me because 'crystal link' is a bitspower multi-gpu solution, using acrylic tubing..
