heat issue

i have a antec kuhler 620 and it makes a buzzing noise on the cpu heatsink.. and the radiator seems to stay cool and only one line get hot like its not pumping .. any solutions would be helpful.. also it get to the thermal cut off point within min as soon as i do anything but if its at idle it runs fine..

If the pump is about the same that's used by Corsair in early H100/H80 revisions, several gentle taps on the heatsink should fix the issue.

Where do you have the ppump plugged in?

 

It might be the case, if you plugged it into your mobo, that the pump is not getting enough power to run. With some mobos this happens when the fan headers are controlled via BIOS or PWM.

 

If you have an adapter to connect the pump directly to your PSU, then try and do that.
