CS:GO Is worth it?

How good it is and I should buy it now or wait for a super sale?

Have you played any Counter Strike before? If you do and you liked them, then go ahead and try it.

 

If not, it's gonna be a lot different from other FPS titles, such as Battlefield or Call Of Duty. It has got a steeper learning curve.

Its a good game super easy to run. Im not very used to mouse and keyboard yet because Im coming from console so its hard and that game is all what I call "Pc one shot headshot gods." Its incredible that they can one shot every time.

It goes down to $3.49 during summer sales. Buying it on sale is a bad idea though as the hacker population sky rockets for a few days before VAC bans them.

If you want to play Matchmaking and play ranked matches yes. It will ruin it for you and give you a bad impression. If you just play the Casual or Deathmatch modes it won't be a problem and you'll most likely have more fun. Those two modes also require a smaller learning curve and are much easier to enjoy without having to learn the ins and outs of the game.

 

Also if you just want to play around with every gun, the "Arms Race" mode is fantastic for that.

definitely buy it, it's easily worth even the full cost. it might be hard to getused to angles, strategies, recoil and all that hard stuff but it's more than just a point and shoot game. also dont worry about the hackers, VAC system is very good to deal with them fast.

But seriously, it is the best first-person shooter I've ever played. It requires more skill than other FPS games such as Battlefield. It's so rewarding when you learn that AK spray pattern and you can mow down opponents or when you learn to successfully tap-fire and you GET a headshot or when you learn how to throw an accurate flashbang. You can brag to your peasant Silver Elite Master friends about your shiny Gold Nova 2 rank!

To hell with it, just get the game for $7.50! Garry's Mod isn't a single game, it's so many different gamemodes under one game and engine! Get it and also download the CSS files so you don't experience errors.
