Will one more fan makes difference

So my XFX 650W PSU is spinning fast and make noticed sound because of the temp ( 36 deg. room temp )

My case is zalman Z3 plus it has 3 fans pre-installed 2 on the top and one with led in the fornt and one in the back will adding another 120mm fan in the front help my PC cool down !?

If the PSU has the fan pulling air from inside the case then yes, the slight extra positive pressure might help. If it pulls air from the underside, then no, it won't.

I cannot be held responsible for any bad advice given.

I've no idea why the world is afraid of 3D-printed guns when clearly 3D-printed crossbows would be more practical for now.

My rig: The StealthRay. Plans for a newer, better version of its mufflers are already being made.

i have those temps in idle, actually a little higher around 70 and it has happened suddenly. It's hot summers out here and temps have gone down alot in last few weeks and im surprised with this rise in temps of my cpu as my was previous have it around 45-46 during prime summer time. when i just got my case and psu changed, the case. I can't talk about it really as i can't even find the model on official site but it's pure crap as you can see on my profile and picture gallery for more precise view. I think it has collected alot of dust and I currently don't have compressed air and it's very rare here so hard to find.

You don't necessarily need a can of air to deal with dust, just patience and determination. :D
