Hi! I'm currently planning to watercool my build. I have 2 evga 780ti sc acx cards and an i7 2600k cpu. Case is going to be either a 760T or a 750D. I'll be wc'ing only the gpus and cpus.

Approximately how much money am I looking at? Parts will be ordered from Germany. I was recently looking at EKWB. Thinking about doing a bottom 240 and top 360 atm. 760T doesn't have a bottom 240 mount option though. I'd really appreciate loop config recommendations. Where I should mount the pump, reservoir etc.

Thanks! :)

Yup, 800 EUR probably less if somethings are cheaper in the EU (although most companies practice the replace the $ with a EUR sign concept -.-).

You could go with an Alphacool XT45 360 in the top and a thick 240 in the front/bottom. You can probably mount the pump/res in the front or against the 5.25" bays or something.

Could you pick the parts from here for me please? I'd really appreciate it as 800€ sounds too much:

Case won't be included in the price total.

The site is in German and it's more work that my laziness will allow me to do at the moment :P. Sorry.

I can however show you what I helped a friend with recently. It's missing an added 100EUR for the 5 E-loops he bought and some other accessories (temp sensor, flow meter, multi port top, aqua pipe etc.) but the price reached 800EUR. Of course this was an all out build and you can go cheaper on a lot of things.

Fittings: koolance, ek, monsoon

Blocks: alphacool, swiftech, xspc

Fans: Noiseblocker PL-2

etc etc.

Keep in mind that water cooling is expensive, plain and simple.

I would go with water-cooling. You'll get more performance or better temps/noise out of your components. The price tag on the Swift is very high. Hopefully the competition will counter with some great monitors of their own in the near feature (at better price points).

On the other side, you definitely have the GPU power to push the Swift to it's limits so if you're happy with your current temps and really want to go 1440P 144HZ. The Swift would be the better choice.

At the end of the day it's up to you. :P

You have the same thoughts I have on the swift monitor. :) I will go with watercooling then wait for the swift's price to drop to a reasonable amount. Hell maybe a better competing monitor would come up to the market! :)

I have another favor to ask if you don't mind, can you give me an estimate from US stores? Frozencpu ships internationally afaik, maybe i'll import watercooling parts from there since they only change the currency not the numbers. :D I'd save lots of cash that way. Just watercooling equipment, no case included. :)

Your looking at about the same $800. With the 1 EUR being worth about 1.34 USD, that's 600 EUR. A good deal, provided FrozenCPU ships to the EU and you don't have to pay hundreds on shipping. :)
