So I kinda overclocked my CPU...I'm not even sure if I'm doing it right...I'm fairly new, so can someone explain this kind of thing a little bit further? and can I OC my i5 2400 more?

edit: I heard the kind of motherboard or chipset matters when overclocking... I have an intel H67 chipset...sooo yea...

you cant overclock a none k cpu on a h series chipset. you would need a 2500k on a z68 or z77 board to overclock

Pretty sure all you have achieved is making it run turbo on all cores 24/7. So no you're not doing it right. :(

 

As Jumper said you'd need a K series i5 processor (2500K, 3570K, 4690K) and the relevant motherboard P67/Z68/Z77/Z97
