it's more of a budget, stock PCB brand. (according to my peeps.) 

It does the job so I guess it's good.

I use to be able to input a cheat code now I've got to input a credit card - Total Biscuit

nope, I need cuda. They are a good brand, they sorta just give you what you need without all the extra which is nice. they're sorta like Zotac for Nvidia.

Well powercolour isn't a good brand but I mean it's about as cheap as it gets for non-reference AMD cards..... but still better than XFX
